    Best Answer : You should have a good command on English. You should be confident in whatever you say. You should be ready to work in shifts (depending on the Organisation and their shift timings). You also need Soft skills (Caring voice but assertive tone if needed) and most important is the you should have a good reason to make them feel why you need the job and that you will stay with them for a long time (even if you don't want to).
